The summer school includes accommodation in double and triple rooms, all-day meals and a program. Upon successful completion, students will receive 3 ECTS credits. Those interested in participating in the summer school fill out the application form and send a motivational letter of a maximum length of 300 words to the address czajkowska@fss.muni.cz. The deadline for applications is May 15. You will find out the decision on admission to the summer school on May 31. You can find more information about the summer school and a link to sign up on organizer’s website.
Climate change and other environmental problems bring new and important educational challenges which have not yet received sufficient attention. How do we work with emotions on topics in which an emotional response is a frequent and, in a certain sense, a necessary response? Can we ignore negative emotions in the educational process? How can we connect more profound work with emotions to the current or future educational process? What do educators demand in their efforts for good climate change education? We want to help solve these questions at our Working with Emotions in Climate Change Education Summer School. If you are interested in environmental and climate change education and their emotional dimensions, our summer school is just for you!
In case of questions, please contact colleague Hana Czajkowska (czajkowska@fss.muni.cz).
